Quotation
Short quotations (a few lines) are fine for review, commentary, criticism, or educational use, with clear attribution and a link back to the original post. Reposting a complete piece requires permission first — see below.
Reposting and reprints
If you'd like to reprint a complete story or poem (in a publication, anthology, classroom packet, or similar), ask first via the Contact page. Most reasonable, attributed, non-commercial requests are likely to be fine — just ask before doing it, not after.
Original publication date vs. revision date
Where an older piece has been lightly revised (for clarity, typos, or spacing) after its original publication, the piece notes both its original publication date and that it has been revised. The original publication date is never removed or hidden.
Guest or commissioned work
There is currently no guest-author or commissioned-work program on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated with how authorship and rights are handled for that material.
