Take a deep breath.Relax.Imagine yourself somewhere safe, somewhere peaceful.Imagine you have no worries, no immediate thing to do.You have all the time in the world to do whatever pleases you.You are surrounded by people you love and who love you back, uncoditionally.You are happy.
  Now take this feeling, bury it deep inside, and use it everytime you are upset, angry or sad.Just don't abuse it to the point it becomes regret.
